HOW MANY PHOTO WILL WE GET?
I deliver every single photo that I edit, but not every single photo that I take. On average, the final edited gallery for an 8-hour wedding day usually has 350 to 600 photos. The final image count depends on how much "action" happens on your wedding day, the number of formal portraits, schedule, etc.
WHEN WILL WE GET THE EDITED PHOTOS?
The turnaround time for the edited wedding gallery is around 8 - 10 weeks, depending on my current editing queue.
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT TO BOOK?
In order to book, I require a non-refundable retainer fee of $500. This along with a signed contract will secure your date, and I will turn away all other potential wedding or business inquiries for your wedding date.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE RAW OR UNEDITED PHOTOS?
Unfortunately, no. The raw, unedited files are not included or typically delivered. This would be similar to asking your florist for the stems that were trimmed off. Or asking your dress or tux shop for all the excess fabric.
HAVE YOU SHOT AT MY VENUE BEFORE?
In case, I have not been to your wedding venue before. I like to arrive 15 - 30 minutes early on the day to familiarize myself with the grounds and note any potential locations that would be good for couple and family portraits.
I also arrive prepared with equipment to shoot in any lighting situation - using my own lighting if necessary. And I'm able to assess the lighting that's needed within 5 - 10 minutes of scanning the room.
DO YOU HAVE A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
Yes. All my wedding packages include two photographers for your wedding day. With two photographers, we can capture moments from different angles simultaneously. This ensures that important moments, expressions, and details are not missed, providing a more comprehensive documentation of the wedding day.
HOW MUCH TIME DO WE HAVE FOR A DECISION?
After I send you an offer and you don’t have any questions, the deadline for making a decision is ten days. If I don’t hear anything from you in that period of time, I will release the date. So feel free to ask everything you want to know. There is a possibility that more couples ask for the same date. In that case, the first couple who pay the retainer fee first will have the date.
HOW LONG HAS THE ONLINE GALLERY BEEN ACTIVE?
After I send you the gallery with the password, it is active for three months, and after that, the gallery is deleted. That’s enough time for a couple to share a link with guests and download all the photos on several devices.
